Only ONE Pancake?



Really?

I never thought I'd see the day I turned down seconds of pancakes. I always take 2, then 3, and overdo it and hate it later.

This morning I made them with crushed All Bran Buds, to give them extra sticking power. I ate it slowly, with real maple syrup, and I said I'd stop after one. The extra fibre filled me up!

This is one way I can eat breakfast, afford the points, and still feel full when my usual mid-morning hunger rush hits.

Off to Baseball Camp with my kiddos - going to be a fun day!
