Lack of motivation = elimination.

From the challenge in my own mind, that is.

As far as I see it, my goals are too fluid; too `out there`, and as a result, I`m not accomplishing anything, and I`m making myself miserable.

I need something more tangible. Not `I will lose all my weight`. It has to be more.

Like: I will get on the treadmill tomorrow.


That, I can do.
